By registering with the Prescription Service the customer is authorising Earls Court Chemist to operate services like dispensing, ordering and obtaining prescriptions.
All items dispensed from our pharmacy are subject to rules set for all UK registered pharmacy premises.
All your personal information will be held by Earls Court Chemist and will not be passed on to any third party. Any information exchanged by Earls Court Chemist and a third party will be in an anonymized form and conform to Data Confidentiality requirements of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
We may use your data inform you of items or services which will be relevant to you. If you do not wish to be notified of items or services please inform Earls Court Chemist.
By registering with Earls Court Chemist you give permission for Earls Court Chemist to obtain your prescription from your medical practitioner either in paper or electronic form. By registering with Earls Court Chemist, you nominate Earls Court CHemist to be your chosen pharmacy provider.
You are not obliged to keep to your nomation at the chosen pharmacy, but may change to another Pharmacy where you like. But you only nominate one pharmacy at a time.
If you don’t want your prescription to be sent electronically tell your GP or you can tell us therefore we can remove from our records. If you want to change or cancel your nomination speak to any pharmacist or dispensing appliance contractor that offers EPS, or your GP practice. Tell them before your next prescription is due or your prescription may be sent to the wrong place.
EPS is electronic prescription service which is reliable, secure and confidential.
Your electronic prescription will be seen by the same people in GP practices, pharmacies and NHS prescription payment services. Sometimes dispensers may see that you have nominated another dispenser. For example, if you forget who you have nominated and ask them to check or, if you have nominated more than one dispenser. For more information talk to a member of the pharmacy team, staff at your GP practice.
You can delete your account form our portal. Once you delete your account, all Your personal details get deleted from the portal.
Currently (we) Earls Court Chemist is not providing online sales and payment services.
For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines. If you have unwanted medicine, you may bring these to us for safe disposal or please take them to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
