How can I use ETP (Electronic Prescription Service)

If you get regular prescriptions the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) will save you time by unnecessary trips to your GP. Instead your prescriptions will be sent to us electronically. By nominating our pharmacy you will no longer have to collect a paper repeat prescription from your GP practice and instead you can come straight to us to pick up your medicines or we will deliver to you.

If we already received your electronic prescription, we may be able to prepare your items in advance, so you just have to pick it up with no extra wait. However, this will depend on the capacity of pharmacists on the day and may not be possible all the time.
We will collect your prescription from your surgery and dispense your medication. You can collect your medication at a time that suits you or you can ask us for delivery.
